Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures with a warm and caring approach
• Assist the dentist during exams and treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments, keeping everything tip-top
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-visit care in a friendly way

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification or license (as required by WI)
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Experience in a dental office is a plus
• A positive attitude and a knack for making patients smile

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Skill with sterilizing and maintaining equipment
• Comfortable using dental software for charting and scheduling
• Great communication skills to connect with patients and team members
