Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
Support residents in improving strength, coordination, and mobility
Document progress and communicate updates with the care team
Create a positive, encouraging rehab experience for every patient

Qualifications

Active COTA license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living
Knowledge of adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques
Ability to follow evidence-based treatment plans
Team collaboration and documentation proficiency
