Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration, monitoring intake and output
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Delaware
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination series or present a documented exemption
• Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting through DE DHSS Background Check Center
• Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and supporting residents
