Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility and transfers with proper techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual - patients count on you!
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of basic patient care techniques
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and staff
- Patience and empathy in challenging situations
