Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
• Assist residents with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
• Support residents with meals, hygiene, and dressing
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to stand, lift, and assist residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior CNA experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skilled in vital sign monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Understanding of infection control practices
