Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities for residents
- Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety
- Support residents with personal hygiene, feeding, and toileting needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
- Collaborate with nurses and other team members to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Delaware
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care practices
- Ability to use electronic health records
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Physical stamina for lifting and assisting residents
