Shift Type: August 29, 2026, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (NOC shift, 30-minute meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent falls and pressure injuries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and companionship
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Delaware
- Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical/religious exemption
- Must pass a Delaware DHSS background check and fingerprinting
- Must bring a valid state or federal photo ID and wear a photo badge at all times
- Prior CNA experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic resident care techniques and infection control practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Compassion, patience, and empathy in every interaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Understanding of resident privacy rights and HIPAA regulations
