Shift Type: Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident comfort and safety
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with meals, feeding assistance, and hydration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and families
- Collaborate with the care team to create a positive and supportive living experience
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or similar)
- A passion for helping others and providing quality care
- Ability to pass a background check and health screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption per facility policy
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing assistant procedures and resident care techniques
- Understanding of infection control practices and safety protocols
- Excellent observation and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Good physical stamina to assist with mobility and daily tasks
