Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and independence
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Support the nursing team by keeping patient rooms clean, stocked, and organized

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital setting preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
