Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support mobility and transfer needs to maintain patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Active BLS/CPR certification is preferred
• Prior experience in long-term care or acute care setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible, as-needed shifts including weekends or holidays if available
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable work ethic

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care protocols and safety standards
• Skills in taking vital signs and using medical equipment
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident rights
• Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
• Team collaboration and effective communication
