Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to every individual
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patient mobility and repositioning to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Document care accurately and promptly in accordance with facility policies

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania required
• New graduates are welcome to apply—no prior experience needed
• CPR/BLS certification is preferred
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail for accurate documentation
