Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents and patients
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Reliable and flexible team player
• Previous CNA experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of patient care and safety protocols
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and respect for patient dignity
