Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support safe mobility and transfers for residents
• Maintain a clean, comforting, and safe environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Connecticut
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of resident care protocols and safety standards
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
