Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and turning as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab settings is a plus
• A passion for helping others and making a difference

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and physically support patients
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
