Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers to prevent falls and injuries
• Support patients with meals and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and their families
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and positioning patients safely

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and teammates
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Empathy and active listening to support patients with dignity and respect
