Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with precision and care for cardiovascular procedures
- Assist surgeons during complex CVOR cases with skill and attention to detail
- Maintain sterile fields and ensure all equipment is ready when needed
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently throughout each procedure
Qualifications
- Active Surgical Tech certification
- Experience in cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
- Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical instruments and equipment
- Ability to anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
