Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate speech therapy to patients, transforming lives through improved communication
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that make real differences
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders with precision and care
Educate patients and families, empowering them on their recovery journey

Qualifications

Active SLP license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
CCC-SLP certification preferred
BLS certification
Texas license or willingness to obtain

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech and language pathology assessments
Skilled in dysphagia and swallowing evaluations
Strong patient communication and empathy
Proficiency with therapy documentation and electronic health records
Adaptable to diverse patient populations
