Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Observe residents closely, spotting changes in their well-being and keeping everyone in the loop
Administer medications and treatments with precision, documenting everything flawlessly
Supervise LNAs, assigning tasks and ensuring top-notch care across the unit
Deliver expert wound care and manage gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings confidently
Manage the unit smoothly, from admissions to family communications and shift handoffs
Foster a safe, clean environment while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

Active New Hampshire RN license
3+ years of current experience within the last 6 months
IV certified or willing to get certified during onboarding
Willing to float to units where you have experience
COVID vaccination required with proof

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong observation skills for resident changes
Medication administration and electronic documentation
Wound care including wound vacs
Gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings
Supervising LNAs and unit management
Rural facility experience highly preferred
