Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend, 40 hours guaranteed
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate supportive services to nurses and staff
- Assist residents with daily living activities following care plans
- Help with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents safely
- Coordinate dining services including meal delivery and feeding assistance
- Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake accurately
- Monitor resident weights and skin conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Support toileting programs and complete daily documentation
- Keep supervisors informed of any challenges or resident condition changes
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in LTC required
- Travel experience required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Michigan license active at submission
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful work history with assignments longer than 13 weeks
- No disciplinary action against certification
- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years
