Location: Munster, IN

Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: As needed, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
Qualifications
- Active Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification in Indiana
- Radiology certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior dental assisting experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficient in taking dental impressions and radiographs
- Skilled in sterilization techniques and infection control
- Comfortable using dental software for patient records
- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction
