Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and treatment plans
- Assist with periodontal therapy and other clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control protocols
- Collaborate with dentists to deliver comprehensive oral health services
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in New York State
- Current CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental software and patient management systems
- Strong understanding of periodontal disease and preventive care
- Detail-oriented with excellent clinical assessment abilities
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control standards
