Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain their voice and communication skills
- Develop personalized therapy plans that make a real difference
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Float to Mercy Medical Center Redding when needed to support patients across the region
Qualifications
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current BLS certification
- At least 2 years of professional experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual needs
