Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive LDRP environment
Circulate and scrub for cesarean sections in the OR to ensure safe deliveries
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
Respond to obstetrical emergencies with confidence and skill
Collaborate with OB techs and the care team to deliver exceptional mother-baby care

Qualifications

Active RN license (90-day emergency license available upon offer)
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Experience circulating and/or scrubbing in the OR for cesarean sections
Comfortable reading fetal monitoring strips and working with telemetry

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of labor, delivery, postpartum, and mother-baby care
Skilled in circulating and scrubbing for cesarean sections
Proficient with titrating drips and managing obstetrical emergencies
Familiar with GE Centricity EFM system and telemetry monitoring
