Location: Garden City, KS

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with vision and compassion
Mentor nursing staff while enhancing clinical competencies across teams
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support
Administer and titrate critical drips while ensuring patient safety
Build a positive, collaborative culture that empowers every team member
Float and provide helping hands across departments when needed

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
CRRT competency and comfort with telemetry monitoring
Experience with critical care, moderate sedation, and drip titration

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry expertise
Moderate sedation and drip titration proficiency
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ventilator management and advanced respiratory support
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
