Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric patients in a Level II trauma center
Deliver specialized NICU support while collaborating closely with physicians and care teams
Operate advanced equipment including PB 980 and Hamilton C1 ventilators to optimize patient outcomes
Make independent clinical judgments that directly impact patient recovery and comfort
Cover all facility areas from ICU and surgical units to emergency and medical floors

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential with active North Dakota state license
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Proven NICU experience essential for success in this role
Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment
Strong communication skills to partner effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Knowledge & Skills

Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics equipment
Neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric respiratory care
Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac patient populations
Independent clinical decision-making and physician collaboration
All inpatient and outpatient areas throughout the facility
