Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, plus call rotation including every other weekend and two weekdays on average

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians during a wide range of surgical procedures
Provide first-assist support across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, urology, vascular, and general cases
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth case flow
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled

Qualifications

Active RN license with RNFA certification
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Comfortable scrubbing and floating between campuses

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Cerner EMR
Skilled in robotic-assisted procedures
Knowledgeable across multiple surgical specialties
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
