Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with call required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care during neuro interventional radiology procedures
Monitor patients closely before, during, and after sedation
Collaborate with physicians and radiology teams to ensure safe, successful outcomes
Administer medications and manage patient comfort throughout procedures
Respond promptly to on-call needs and support emergency cases
Document all care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Sedation experience strongly preferred
Minimum one year of recent neuro interventional radiology experience
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of neuro interventional procedures and equipment
Skilled in patient assessment and sedation monitoring
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to remain calm and focused during high-acuity cases
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
