Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and assistance to patients
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Help patients with mobility, hygiene, and personal care needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to lift, move, and support patients safely
• Prior CNA experience in a skilled nursing or hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene practices
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to use healthcare equipment and lift devices
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Effective time management and documentation skills
• Empathy, patience, and respect for patient dignity
