Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient care and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Operate the GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) machine to perform advanced dental cleanings
• Manage two treatment columns efficiently, preparing rooms and equipment for patient visits
• Maintain strict sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Provide exceptional patient support and education on oral hygiene
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with GBT machine and ability to run two columns
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental assisting procedures and instrumentation
• Proficiency in sterilization and infection control standards
• Familiarity with dental software and scheduling systems
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Teamwork and collaboration mindset
