Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow strict infection control protocols
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment for each procedure

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and infection control
• Proficiency in taking dental radiographs with proper safety measures
• Understanding of oral health, disease prevention, and patient education
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort using dental software for patient records and charting
