Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health best practices to promote long-term wellness
• Partner with an assigned dental assistant to ensure smooth, efficient appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment provided
• Promote a calm, comfortable environment for every patient visit

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough understanding of dental hygiene techniques and best practices
• Proficiency with dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Strong patient education and communication abilities
• Keen attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dental assistants and providers
