Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver a comfortable patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a dental hygiene practice preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency with dental software and modern equipment
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to build rapport with patients and ease dental anxiety
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
