Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient vital signs during procedures
• Assist with nitrous oxide and IV sedation administration
• Capture panoramic X-rays for diagnostic imaging
• Support oral surgeons during wisdom tooth extraction surgeries
• Provide post-operative care instructions to patients

Qualifications

• Valid dental assistant certification (CDA, RDA, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in oral surgery or dental specialty practice
• Familiarity with patient monitoring equipment and sedation protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Vital signs monitoring
• Nitrous oxide administration
• IV sedation assistance

• Post-operative instruction delivery
