Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to patients in the Step-Down Unit
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Administer treatments and medications ensuring safety and efficacy
Advocate for patients fostering trust and healing

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience in Step-Down Unit or similar setting preferred
BLS certification required
Strong clinical skills and patient-focused mindset

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of SDU protocols and emergency response
Adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
