Location: Garrison, North Dakota
Start Date: 06-08-2026
End Date: 09-07-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday, with flex time for call or standby
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED/MedSurg Swing unit
- Titrate drips and manage complex patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Participate in charge nurse duties and leadership opportunities
- Read and interpret telemetry strips
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of MedSurg experience
- Ability to titrate drips and manage complex patient needs
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- MedSurg experience
- Telemetry and strip reading
- Charge nurse duties
