Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch clinical services alongside providers and staff to ensure exceptional patient care
Lead clinic operations from front desk to patient care for seamless efficiency
Manage medication inventory and supplies with precision
Perform essential quality control on Point of Care tests
Document all care accurately and promptly
Oversee opening and closing of provider clinics
Anticipate needs to support providers and staff effectively
Communicate across departments as a vital team resource

Qualifications

Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska or another U.S. state, with Alaska license required before start for direct hires
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of acute care experience preferred
Clinical Competency and High Risk Competency within 3 months of hire

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing process applied in real-world settings
Customer service principles
Safety and infection control
Assessments and specimen collection
Computers and medical equipment
Effective oral and written communication
Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
Team collaboration and critical thinking
