Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery

Qualifications

Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred or willing to obtain
Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg and Telemetry experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in cardiac telemetry monitoring
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to fast-paced unit environment
