Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess, plan, and implement patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
Document patient information accurately and timely

Qualifications

Current RN license in California
Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-acuity setting

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of emergency nursing procedures and protocols
Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Excellent triage and prioritization skills
Comfortable with electronic health records
Team player with a positive attitude
