Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, schedule varies per diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition
Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate care
Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to ensure quality care
Document patient care accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Knowledge of infection control practices
Skilled in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Empathy and patience in patient interactions
Time management and organizational skills
