Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing facility
Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
Document patient care accurately and timely
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices in geriatric care
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and organizational skills
Compassion and patience when dealing with residents and families
