Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with daily living activities
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification (BLS preferred)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, families, and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control practices
