Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a dedicated clinic team to boost patient access and experience
Optimize schedules, referrals, and workflows to cut wait times and enhance care flow
Champion safety, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness in the outpatient environment
Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring top-notch competencies and staffing
Drive continuous improvement through data monitoring and collaborative leadership
Foster a culture of respect, efficiency, and outstanding customer service

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within 6 months
BLS certification
Clinical Competency required within 3 months
Manager Competency required within 3 months
5+ years varied RN experience including 1+ year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Team leadership and change management expertise
Nursing process application in dynamic settings
Customer service and safety/infection control principles
Clinical assessment, specimen collection, and equipment use
Effective verbal and written communication
Problem-solving and conflict resolution in fast-paced teams
