Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to patients in the ICU, making a real difference every shift
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
Advocate for patients and their families during challenging times
Utilize advanced skills to manage complex cases with confidence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
ICU experience preferred to hit the ground running
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical judgment and compassion for patients
