Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care in a high-volume Level 2 trauma center
- Triage and manage diverse patient cases from medical to behavioral holds
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team using techs, clerks, and monitors for seamless support
- Coach colleagues and provide real-time feedback to elevate patient outcomes
- Float within ED sections to keep things dynamic and impactful
- Champion patient experience through AIDET and ongoing updates
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 2+ years nursing experience with at least 1 year in ER
- Level 2 trauma center background preferred
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before start; ENPC within 90 days
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Teamwork mentality that thrives in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to handle all ED areas
- Proficiency with Cerner documentation, GE monitors, and Baxter pumps
- Ability to coach and give real-time feedback
- Experience in high-volume EDs over 100,000 visits annually
