Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-stakes care in a bustling Level 2 trauma center
Triage and stabilize patients across all ED sections with precision and speed
Collaborate with a dynamic team of techs, clerks, and fellow nurses to save lives
Champion patient experience using AIDET and real-time updates for every visitor
Adapt to diverse cases in a high-volume ED serving a vibrant multicultural community

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience including 1 year in ER
Team player with a knack for real-time coaching and feedback
Flexible and ready to float within all ED areas
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before start, ENPC within 90 days

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in high-volume Level 2 trauma and comprehensive stroke centers
Proficiency with Cerner documentation, GE monitors, and Baxter pumps
Strong teamwork mentality in fast-paced, multicultural environments
Previous HCA experience a welcomed plus
