Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or compact state)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing best practices and patient safety protocols
• Medication administration and IV therapy skills
• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic patient care approach
