Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to laboring mothers and newborns in a dynamic LDRP setting
- Monitor and interpret fetal strips with precision to ensure the safest outcomes for mom and baby
- Titrate critical drips such as Pitocin, Magnesium, and Insulin while following strict quality metrics
- Float to Med-Surg and ER units as needed, showcasing adaptability and broad clinical expertise
- Collaborate with a supportive team including CNAs and surgical techs to deliver seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech while following AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred
- Strong fetal monitoring and critical thinking skills
- Previous travel experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret fetal strips independently
- Willingness to float to Med-Surg and ER as needed
