Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedule made 6 weeks in advance with flexibility required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-to-one care for laboring patients and their families
- Monitor and support mothers through antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages
- Perform triage assessments to ensure timely, appropriate care decisions
- Circulate and recover C-section procedures with attention to safety and comfort
- Titrate Pitocin and Magnesium drips while closely observing maternal-fetal response
- Welcome occasional overflow mastectomy patients with a brief but thorough orientation
Qualifications
- Active Colorado or compact RN license
- BLS, AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced (or C-EFM), and NRP certifications
- Minimum 1 year of LDRP experience within the last 3 years
- Comfortable with antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, triage, and C-section circulation/recovery
- Prior travel experience preferred

- Strong LDRP clinical foundation
- Fetal monitoring and AWHONN guidelines
- IV drip titration and emergency response
- Clear communication with patients and the care team
- Flexibility to fill scheduling gaps and support unit needs
