Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, expert care to laboring mothers and newborns in a fast-paced L&D unit
- Circulate and assist in C-sections while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety
- Monitor fetal heart rates and interpret strips using WatchChild technology
- Float occasionally to mom-baby unit to support seamless continuity of care
- Collaborate with in-house OB/Neonatologists and Anesthesia teams available 24/7
- Titrate drips and manage complex patient needs with confidence and precision
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact license
- ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications required
- Recent Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret fetal monitoring strips independently
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fetal monitoring interpretation skills
- Comfortable circulating in the OR for C-sections
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to floating needs
