Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 7:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to mothers during labor and delivery
- Monitor fetal heart rates and respond quickly to any changes
- Assist with C-sections by scrubbing, circulating, and supporting recovery
- Educate and support new parents through postpartum care and newborn bonding
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure safe, positive birth experiences
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS, NRP, ACLS, and Advanced AWHONN certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Experience with Cerner EMR and Obix fetal monitoring
- C-section scrub, circulate, and recovery experience required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fetal monitoring interpretation
- Comfortable caring for high-risk antepartum patients
- Skilled in couplet care and postpartum education
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced L&D environment
